We are looking for a Logistics Support Associate to join Temperature+ System Products, USA in Greenwood, Indiana to work with a dynamic team and deliver world-class temperature products. Endress+Hauser Temperature+System Products is one of the leading global suppliers of temperature measurement, temperature engineered solutions and system products.

Which tasks will you perform?

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliations between physical stock and system records.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including count adjustments and non-conformance reports.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle count procedures and timely system updates and adjustments.
  • Support production planning by ensuring correct stock levels and replenishment of workstations.
  • Communicate with purchasing and order handling teams regarding material shortages or capacity conflicts.
  • Assist in developing and implementing efficient material management procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.

What do we expect from you?

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP systems .
  • Self-driven and capable of prioritizing as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to read, interpret and analyze business and technical documents
  • High School Diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred along with 1-3 years experience in inventory control, reconciliation or related logistics function desired
