Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and evolve brand standards to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences across all channels
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns, including social media, print, digital, email, and promotions
  • Manage marketing platforms such as HubSpot, WhatConverts, Podium, OnceHub, and Yelp for accurate tracking and performance
  • Direct external SEO/PPC partners and handle in-house paid social campaigns
  • Create and manage marketing collateral, event materials, and content aligned with brand guidelines
  • Track KPIs, budgets, and ROI; deliver clear reporting and actionable insights
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to maintain schedules, approvals, and accuracy

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 6+ years of marketing experience with proven campaign and platform management
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with AI tools for workflow efficiency and marketing innovation
  • Strong writing, editing, and project management skills


Bonus: HubSpot certification, CMS or web development experience, synthetic turf familiarity, or video/design skills
