Position Title: Donor Engagement Coordinator Position Classification: Regular; Nonexempt; Full-Time; 40 Hours/Week Reports To: Senior Director, Donor Engagement Location: This position must be based in Boston. The candidate is expected to work from the office 1-2 days/week, with the remaining days able to work from home. Position Overview The Engagement and Experience Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Director of Donor Engagement and Experience, provides a variety of administrative and project support for the Donor Engagement and Experience team on the Resource Generation Branch. The Coordinator's responsibilities primarily include supporting engagement and experience strategy as well as providing general administrative support for the team. Pay and Benefits The starting salary for this position is $46,000 and is non-negotiable. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan with automatic employer contribution, as well as participate in organization-sponsored medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
