Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, partners with Aquent to find exceptional talent. They are dedicated to delivering vital services that impact countless lives daily, operating a critical 24/7, 365-day environment. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their corporate mailroom operations. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of sensitive healthcare information, directly contributing to the seamless flow of essential communications that support patient care and business operations. Your efficiency and precision will directly enable critical information to reach its destination, making a tangible difference in a fast-paced and impactful setting.

To be considered for the role, you must:

• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
• Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this role
• Be able to work 1 of 2 shifts: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM or Monday - Friday 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

**About the Role**

This dynamic position places you at the heart of our client's mailroom, where you will be responsible for the digital printing, folding, and inserting of high-volume communications. You'll work with state-of-the-art production equipment, ensuring that every piece of mail meets strict deadlines and quality standards. **What You'll Do**

* Operate large production-class digital printers, managing multiple print jobs simultaneously.

* Perform folding and inserting tasks using advanced inserter machines, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

* Verify print jobs against documentation, guaranteeing precision in every communication.

* Apply postage and confirm job completion within stringent timeframes.

* Execute various mailroom functions throughout the day, adapting to evolving priorities.

* Address and resolve machine jams, and maintain adequate stock levels for continuous operation.

* Utilize general Microsoft programs efficiently for daily tasks.

* Adhere strictly to turnaround times and operational protocols in a high-pressure setting.

* Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

* Embrace and adapt to changes within the workplace, contributing to continuous improvement.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or GED.

* Demonstrated experience in a print or mailroom setting.

* Proficiency with Microsoft business software, including Excel, PDF, and Outlook.

* Prior experience operating large digital copiers, inserters, or mailing machines.

* Proven ability to handle mail efficiently and accurately.

* Experience in a customer service-oriented role.

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

* Capable of standing for long periods of the day.

* Able to pass a background check and drug test.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $16.33 to $18.14 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
