| Location:Rosedale Office Building Department:Tal Mgmt/Human Resources Shift:First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours:40 Summary: To provide timely and accurate wage and salary analysis of the applicable local, regional, and national health care markets in order to establish and maintain competitive salary structures within Cook Children's Health Care System. Duties include job documentation, job evaluation, job description administration/maintenance, and salary administration. This position is also responsible for database administration, query and report writing functions. Minimum 1 year experience in compensation administration, healthcare experience preferred. Must have intermediate skills in Excel.
