| Position Summary
  This Clinical Research Assistant will join an established team of clinicians and researchers in Ophthalmology dedicated to understanding blinding pediatric retinal diseases and identifying those patients who may be eligible for treatment trials. As a Clinical Research Assistant, you will be involved in review of medical records to extract details of ophthalmic and genetic data for analysis and preparation for publication. Facility with EXCEL is critical; familiarity with MatLab, R and other analysis programs useful. On occasion, you may assist with study visits for clinical trials. A collaborative spirit is essential to good performance on this job. This is a great position to learn about ophthalmology, clinical research, and different aspects of a medical and research setting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
