Job Summary

The Project Manager, Sales Support Initiatives will lead and execute high-impact, cross-functional projects within the MDU Sales Support organization. This role will focus on streamlining new build launches, hand-holding and ensuring on-time delivery of new build/winback activations, driving process automation, improving forecasting and reporting accuracy, and supporting operational scalability. The Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Sales Operations, Business Analytics, New Build, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate, and coordinated execution of sales support initiatives. They will also serve as the primary Optimum contact to the developer and/or general contactor, post-sale throughout the construction and activation process.

Responsibilities

Lead project tracking and completion efforts for all New Build property launches
* Serve as the Optimum point of contact for developers and general contractors building new MDU's and or leading winback conversions for owners
* Ensure timely and accurate complex coding for new properties
* Serve as point of contact between Sales Support and the New Build team for implementation and readiness
* Partner with Business Analytics and Tech teams to drive automation efforts, including:
o Mass Self-Install Work Orders
o Mass Change of Service Work Orders
o Account creation/modification automation
* Collaborate with the One Agent product team to scope and define bulk offer enhancements
* Work with CAMs to proactively handoff upcoming new business deliveries, identify and flag new connection opportunities
* Validate address readiness for monthly cabled unit forecasting
* Act as escalation point for account setup and address validation issues to reduce CAM and Sales escalations
* Provide reporting support and project documentation for leadership and cross-functional teams
* Track and communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders

Qualifications

* 3+ years experience or the equivalent in hands-on Project Management preferred
* 2+ years working with developers or general contractors regarding new build projects through stages of development including experience with multifamily builds preferred
* 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Process Improvement preferred
* Strong understanding of Salesforce, property-based operations, and telecommunications workflows
* Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with technical teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and workflow tools (Salesforce, SiteTracker, etc.)
* Experience with PM tools preferred (Wrike, etc.)
* PMP or project coordination certification preferred, but not required

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $64,260-$105,570/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
