Your Opportunity:
Taylor Corporation is hiring a Production Supervisor to join the Precision Press team in North Mankato, MN! In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, guide a skilled production team, and ensure smooth, efficient processes that meet customer expectations.

Shift Hours:
* Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Your Responsibilities:
* Supervise and oversee the printing process to ensure production meets quality standards
* Schedule and coordinate all production activities, including staffing, maintenance, and production runs
* Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management
* Monitor and control production costs to meet budget goals
* Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
* Manage, coach, and develop production staff to ensure quality and safety standards are met
* Collaborate across departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services

You Must Have:
* Proven ability to build trust and foster a positive team environment
* Strong communication skills for explaining process changes and leading improvements
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to balance workflow and priorities
* Technical know-how to troubleshoot machines and processes effectively
* Willingness to work alongside your team and adapt to changing business needs

We Would Also Prefer:
* Experience in the print industry or related production environment
* 2+ years of leadership experience managing direct reports

The anticipated salary range for this position is $69,000-72,000. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
