Manager, Account Based Marketing & Field Marketing

The Manager, Account Based Marketing & Field Marketing sits within the Thomson Reuters Demand Generation team and is responsible for managing a team of field marketers and account-based marketers who orchestrate personalized, account based marketing and regional field marketing plans including all aspects of strategy, logistics, optimization, and reporting.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Manager, Account Based Marketing & Field Marketing, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of talented ABM marketers and field event marketers responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and reporting of our account-based marketing and field event strategies.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our sales strategy, driving customer acquisition/retention through pipeline and revenue generation.
  • Driving the development of best practices, playbooks, and strategies that can be scaled across the team.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and deliver superior customer experiences and address the specific needs of each regional market.
  • Evaluating the value and budgets of campaigns, focusing on building meaningful experiences while driving efficiency and ROI.
  • Acting as a change agent, continuously seeking ways to elevate and improve our campaigns and events programs.
  • Leading with empathy, energy, and vision, coaching, mentoring, and empowering your team to succeed.

About You

In this opportunity as a Manager, Account Based Marketing & Field Marketing, you will have:

  • 4-6+ years of experience in field marketing, account-based marketing, or demand generation for cloud-based software and/or business service providers.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop marketing talent.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to align with stakeholders of varying levels of understanding in the event space.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-first mindset, focused on delivering memorable experiences.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans.
  • Familiarity with modern B2B field marketing, account-based marketing, and demand generation best practices, including online and offline marketing integration.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, Marketing, or a related field.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
