Torch Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Technical Program Manager to drive the identification, cultivation, and execution of new opportunities and strategic initiatives within homeland defense, FBI, and intelligence community industry sectors. Candidates will use exploitation experience and technical expertise to pursue business, develop relationships, and manage/execute technical activities. The successful candidate will be adept at leveraging capabilities between a multiplicity of hardware, software, and product applications. This role will be critical in expanding our market presence and ensuring the long-term growth of the company.

As a Strategic Technical Program Manager your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government customers, industry partners, and internal technical teams, to foster collaboration in building strong partnerships.
  • Support development and execution of strategic business plans for programs and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Develop and execute customer engagement plans.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for strategic customers and partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment of objectives, and successful project outcomes.
  • Support senior leadership in defining, developing, and achieving business goals and objectives.
  • Assist in managing groups within the organization whose work ranges across various disciplines within the broader DOD and intelligence communities.
  • Target and initiate contact with major prospective customers to foster new or recurring business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships and ensure performance exceeds expectations.
  • Work with Division and Directorate Managers to ensure that areas are executing to plans and customer support is on track.

Job Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship.
  • Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Business or higher in engineering or a related technical field from an accredited university with 12 or more years of experience.
  • The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 8 or more years Project Management Leadership experience.
  • Experience supporting homeland defense, FBI, and/or intelligence community partners.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and strategic concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
