We're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our Hanover, PA corporate campus running safely and efficiently. In this role, you'll perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on building systems, utilities, and other non-production facilities. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment, including: Motor controls, AC/DC drives, pumps, fans, and air compressors HVAC systems, hydraulic equipment, and burner systems Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment and perform minor electrical installations. Perform preventive maintenance on facility systems to ensure minimal downtime Complete repair and installation work using schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Maintain and repair building systems, including lighting, plumbing, and basic structural components. Support contractor work and special facility projects as needed. Conduct routine inspections of facility systems to ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and food safety standards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility emergencies. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and reports in accordance with company procedures. Follow all company safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Report unsafe conditions or practices immediately to supervision. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in facility, electrical, or industrial maintenance (manufacturing experience preferred). Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and controls preferred Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and test instruments. Must hold a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 75 pounds with assistance. Ability to work at heights using ladders, lifts, or platforms. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals. Effective communication skills with operators, supervisors, and other departments. Ability to perform under pressure while multitasking in a fast-paced production environment.
