Job Description

Pay Range: $96,000 - $120,000 / year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Manage all aspects of government pricing, including analysis, development, implementation, and monitoring to ensure compliance with federal and state policies. Implement effective processes and controls by partnering with stakeholders across the company. Conduct audits to ensure adherence to pricing regulations and provide critical support for internal pricing and reimbursement inquiries. Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements



Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute projects focused on ensuring compliance with complex federal and state pricing regulations, delivering actionable insights to management

  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Compliance, Corporate, Regional, and Business Unit teams

  • Leverage specialized database systems (QDSS/COGNOS/ARBRR) to perform advanced pricing and reimbursement analysis

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of evolving government regulations impacting pricing and reimbursement

  • Ensure a consistent and compliant pricing environment through ongoing analysis and support for the Legal and Compliance team

  • Serve as the in-house subject matter expert for all pricing and reimbursement inquiries

  • Handle special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required by business needs



Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a background in financial analysis, billing, and accounting within a corporate environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Proven track record of managing projects and solving complex problems with data-driven insights

  • Experience in successfully driving and implementing cross-functional process and policy improvements

  • Excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and organizational skills

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and enhance processes

  • Expertise in data analytics and data mining

  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Access and Excel

  • Experience with Alteryx Designer is a plus
