The Senior Treasury Analyst role will report to the Director, Treasury and will support the Treasury Operations team. This includes, but not limited to, M&A bank account reconciliations and provide support on M&A daily operations, as well as provide global support as needed. The key measure of success in this role will be the individual's ability to pivot between various Treasury responsibilities. This role is hybrid and will work out of the Indianapolis or Atlanta office three days a week.

Responsibilities (not limited to the following):

  • Wire processing, including confirmation and status updates on requests

  • Perform daily and monthly reconciliation and categorization on bank accounts

  • Support daily AMER cash positioning

  • Manage and optimize M&A bank balances

  • Manage short term forecasting model

  • FX confirmations and settlements processing and quarterly hedge rolls

  • Bank statement management

  • Monitor Treasury emails and Slack channels and respond to inquiries in a timely manner

  • Provide support for foreign exchange and other transactions

  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams on process improvements

  • Maintain compliance with SOX and internal policies

  • Prepare and analyze Treasury reports such as 30-day daily forecast

  • Supports internal /external audit requirements and reporting

  • Assists with ad-hoc Treasury projects and presentations

  • Support Treasury business process and technology initiatives


Ideal Candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to meet deadlines

  • Ability to work independently on issues or problems with other functional areas (e.g. Accounting, Financial Services,

  • Financial Systems, etc.)

  • Ability to build effective working relationships with external and internal counterparts

  • Ability to articulate and present solutions to senior management and broader team

  • Superb work ethic and enthusiasm

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent teamwork & communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Ability to excel in a fast paced environment

  • Advanced excel skills

  • Flexibility surrounding change

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on theValues & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

  • CTP or other professional designations a plus

  • Prior corporate Treasury work experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge in cash management, corporate finance and accounting preferred

  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office), TMS, Workday, Tableau, Slack experience a plus

  • Ability to learn new applications and systems applicable to the role
