Yoh is hiring entry-level Assemblers to work with electronic components at L3Harris in Henrietta, NY. No prior experience is required but you must have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and reliable transportation. What You'll Be Doing: As an assembler you will follow engineered assembly processes and maintain consistent quality and productivity levels. Perform hand soldering on electronic assemblies and circuit cards Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on printed circuit boards, sub-assemblies, or end products. Working under microscope. This job requires you to stand the entire shift & work with small parts. What You Need to Bring to the Table: All Assemblers will need to attend a 2-week training program Monday - Friday from 7am-3:30pm before starting on their predetermined shift. Proof of HS Diploma or GED/HSE Must have reliable transportation. Bus lines do not accommodate all shifts. All offers are contingent to passing all pre-employment screenings criminal, education & drug. 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday from 5am- 3:30pm@ $17.50 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday from 3:30pm - 2am @ $ 19.25 3rd Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 6am -6:30pm $21.88 (limited openings) Estimated Min Rate: $17.50 Estimated Max Rate: $21.88 Patty Martin/ patricia.martin@yoh.com What's In It for You?
