You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with data architecture, including supporting space-related, such as space, ground, software, or hardware system, aerospace systems or Major Defense Acquisition Programs

  • Experience in information technology, including data governance, data federation, data tagging, and data manipulation

  • Ability to design, develop, use, and evaluate enterprise data management solutions

  • Ability to develop and maintain best practices and make recommendations for enterprise data architectures

  • Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals

  • Ability to communicate system architectures and technologies

  • Ability to be highly motivated with a dynamic work ethic to contribute to the DoD mission

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics field

Nice If You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with data architecture, supporting space-related, such as space, ground, software, or hardware system, aerospace systems or Major Defense Acquisition Programs

  • Experience with ground systems and space data

  • Experience with enterprise data lake architectures in multiple classification domains

  • Experience in data analytics, data science, statistics, or applied mathematics

  • Ability to tackle unsolved technical challenges

  • Ability to distill complex problems into digestible structures and formats

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
