 Manager, CoPack Manufacturing Alliances Location: Hershey, PA Remote Work: Will be considered Summary: The Manager, CoPack Manufacturing Alliances supports strategic account management for key contract manufacturing partners, reporting directly to the Sr Manager, CoPack, Manufacturing Alliances. This role focuses on building strong external partnerships responsible for providing overall site leadership to key contract manufacturing partners. Additionally, this role is key to driving performance and supporting strategic initiatives across Hershey's Manufacturing Alliance network. The position operates with a high degree of independence, collaborating cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Procurement, IS, and Finance to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 
 
       
 Foster strong relationships with co-pack partners to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.Monitor and report on partner performance using key metrics and processes; drive accountability through data-driven insights.Oversee the financial performance of sites, including annual budget preparation, periodic reviews (monthly, quarterly), and strong control of direct, indirect, and unit costs.Lead collaborative efforts on continuous improvement initiatives with strategic partners, from ideation through execution, to offset inflationary pressures and support growth while ensuring delivery of annual savings targets.Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving efforts involving people, product, or equipment issues.Coordinate, organize and deliver communications concerning objectives, results, and plans within and between the site and other relevant parties to ensure seamless operations. Make necessary judgment calls on specific goal alignment to achieve operations excellence.Oversee the implementation and effective utilization of SAP and related systems; collaborate with IS to analyze data and optimize system performance for strategic decision-making.Support leadership in cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, upskilling, autonomy and continuous improvement.Seek to understand, influence and execute the co-pack operations strategy. Communicate the company's goals and objectives effectively to ensure alignment and commitment.
 
 
 Qualifications: 
 
       
 Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing (CPG preferred)
