We're looking for a Senior LubeServ Technician to support the field service operations across a variety of service offerings and participate in a continuous improvement culture using tools to drive safety, quality, delivery and cost excellence with the goal of proving value generation for the customer. The successful candidate should have a strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude, organizational, written and verbal skills and be able to perform a variety of tasks related to machinery lubrication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Perform lubrication maintenance tasks, including oil changes, refilling reservoirs, greasing equipment, and maintaining oil mist generators and automatic lubricating systems.



  • Conduct work safely in accordance with site requirements (PPE, JHA/JSA, Lockout/Tagout, Work Permitting, and Near Miss reporting).



  • Inspect, collect, and process lubricant samples; ensure cleanliness, correct labeling, and proper handling/disposal of lubricants.



  • Maintain lubrication routes and documentation; identify and correct deficiencies to ensure program compliance with best practices.



  • Perform basic fabrication and mechanical tasks, including cutting, threading, and installing pipe, and bending stainless steel tubing.



  • Operate tools and equipment safely, including tape measures, wrenches, grease guns, forklifts, dollies, and man lifts.



  • Conduct vehicle inspections, fueling, and other routine maintenance activities as required.



  • Work effectively both independently and in a team; provide leadership support in absence of Project Lead.



  • Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.




QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:




  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.



  • Product knowledge and process training relevant to site operations.



  • Basic computer literacy and effective communication skills.



  • TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Card) certification (may be waived by management on a case-by-case basis).



  • Ability to complete site-specific training to meet ongoing and future project requirements.




JOB REQUIREMENTS:




  • 2+ years of experience in a plant or industrial environment preferred.



  • Basic computer literacy, including email, spreadsheets, word processing, and software/web-based lubrication scheduling and oil analysis applications.



  • Ability to perform basic calculations for interpreting alarms, managing lubricant inventories, and determining re-lubrication quantities.



  • Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.



  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.



  • Ability to understand and follow company/plant policies and procedures related to safety, health, and the environment.



  • Authorized to work in the United States; able to pass periodic drug, alcohol, hair follicle, and background screenings.



  • Comfortable working in dusty, dirty, or outdoor environments.
