| Description The PSD Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting purchasing, receiving, and invoicing functions. Other functions include customer support, project support, freight support and various administrative duties to increase efficiencies and satisfy customer needs. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self- development.Essential Functions: 
  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
 Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and MissionPerforms the purchasing, receiving, and invoicing for CAT and non-CAT products and services for the Power Systems Division (PSD)Assists in the invoicing of prime product for the departmentAssists the PSD Sales Administrative Manager in meeting and achieving the goals and objectives of the PSD sales departmentCoordinates with the Caterpillar Factory Representatives and HOLT project engineering/management group on behalf of the departmentCompletes CAT engine ordering process which includes the tracking of orders and communicating with CAT Factory Representative regarding status of ordersCoordinates CAT Engine order acknowledgements with project engineering/ management groups to improve communicationProcesses purchase orders, including tracking, coding, and submitting invoices for paymentActs as a centralized point of contact for purchases on behalf of the Power Systems DivisionCreates, updates, and maintains project job files and spreadsheetsPerforms other related administrative duties as assigned by managementRequires regular and punctual employee attendanceWorks safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standardsPerforms other duties as assigned
 
  Education and Experience:
 Knowledge of CAT engine and gensets in addition to other non-CAT related equipmentKnowledge of invoicing, receiving, and basic business accounting principlesExcellent oral and written communication skillsExceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skillsIntermediate computer and related software applications skillsIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office product skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsAbility to interact with tact and courtesy and maintain a professional mannerExcellent interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with multiple departments and various levels of the organization, external CAT personnel, and vendors used by PSDThe ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writingThe ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
 
  Supervisory Responsibilities:
 High school diploma or equivalent requiredUp to two years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required
