We're looking for experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) interested in exciting travel interim leadership opportunities! As a Nurse Consultant, you'll provide on-site professional consulting services to post-acute and aging services clients, making a real impact in organizations that need your expertise.

Your Impact as a Nurse Consultant (RN):


  • Assess, plan, develop, and implement systems and processes for clients.
  • Identify training needs and conduct staff in-services as necessary.
  • Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance within scope of work defined by the client.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.



What We're Looking For


  • Current Compact RN License (NLC).
  • Current MN RN (or willingness to obtain and travel to).
  • Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience (management experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation.
  • Flexibility for travel throughout MN & WI.
