We're looking for experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) interested in exciting travel interim leadership opportunities! As a Nurse Consultant, you'll provide on-site professional consulting services to post-acute and aging services clients, making a real impact in organizations that need your expertise.

- Hourly compensation: $45-$50 per hour.

Your Impact as a Nurse Consultant (RN):
- Assess, plan, develop, and implement systems and processes for clients.
- Identify training needs and conduct staff in-services as necessary.
- Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance within scope of work defined by the client.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.
What We're Looking For
- Current Compact RN License (NLC).
- Current MN RN (or willingness to obtain and travel to).
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience (management experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation.
- Flexibility for travel throughout MN & WI.
