Head of Management Systems Americas Audit and Compliance
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join Ericsson focusing on Ericsson Group Management System (EGMS) Compliance Management tasks, while ensuring a strong business orientation: understanding business needs, staying closely connected to unit realities, and guiding the management system to evolve in line with changing business objectives. This role will drive simplification in operational approaches (including local steering documents), and lead transformations of internal unit operations through digitalization and AI technologies to support business growth and adaptability.
What you will do
- Lead the EGMS Compliance Managers supporting MA Americas, aligning with global strategies while addressing local needs and business priorities.
- Develop and continuously validate a deep understanding of business requirements by engaging with stakeholders across functions and geographies, translating needs into EGMS adaptations.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution and adaptation of EGMS to meet dynamic business requirements and to enable faster business value delivery.
- Provide expert support and advice to stakeholders on simplifying EGMS approaches, with a focus on practical implementation that supports the business in achieving objectives.
- Drive transformation and modernization of unit processes using digitalization and AI, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, compliance, and business outcomes.
- Establish efficient, common, and simplified ways of working across MA Americas, grounded in established global best practices while remaining close to local realities.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, gather feedback, and integrate improvements into operational processes to ensure EGMS remains fit-for-purpose with evolving business models.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement within global processes and advocate for their implementation, ensuring changes are aligned with business strategy and priorities.
- Ensure adequate dimensioning and readiness of the EGMS CM pool of Internal Assessors/Lead Assessors for relevant organizational units, with succession planning and capability development to support business evolution.
- Organize and participate in regular operational meetings around EGMS Compliance Management topics relevant to MA Americas.Plan, coordinate and excecute the ISO certification cycle for the MA (Internal Assessments, External Assessments).
- Demand on Management Review items.
- Support to Customer Audits where applicable.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Empower and inspire the compliance management team to achieve collective targets while staying closely aligned with business leaders and local units.
- Promote a culture of simplification, continuous improvement, and business literacy within the team.
- Maintain high-level communication with executive stakeholders across multiple time zones and ensure timely translation of business needs into EGMS actions.
- Guide team members in day-to-day operations, fostering collaboration, excellence, and a strong business-knowledge mindset.
The skills you bring
- Master's degree in engineering, business administration, quality, compliance related fields or equivalent professional experience.
- Significant leadership experience in EGMS Compliance Management, including management of broad teams across diverse geographies. ISO standards (27001, 45001, 9001 and 18001).
- Demonstrated ability to understand and translate business needs into governance and compliance requirements; proven track record of closely partnering with business units.
- Demonstrated understanding of Ericsson's organizational structure and operational landscape, with the ability to navigate complex interfaces between global and local contexts.
- Proven ability to manage change, drive simplification initiatives, and ensure business impact is realized.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong integrity and a track record of operating with high ethical standards.
- Solid people managerial skills, with proven track record of managing diverse teams.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Ericsson offers excellent health benefits including the choice of three medical plan options and a dental plan option that allow an employee to select the level of coverage that suits their needs. Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents.
Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson matches $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
