MaineHealth Pen Bay Hospital is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician Associate or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or to join its team here on the coast of Maine. The successful candidate will assist in the exciting opportunity to join a collegial Emergency Medicine team serving our Coastal Maine community. Candidates will work in a very upbeat atmosphere working alongside other Physicians and APP's as well as great support staff. At MaineHealth, we recognize the value each team member brings to our organization. Total compensation packages may include, based on eligibility, recruitment payments, relocation assistance, shift differentials, productivity-based incentives, quality incentives and other premiums.

The pay range for this position is $128,177 to $158,620 annually based on the candidate's level of experience.

Qualifications

  • Education:Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Graduate of an accredited certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner's program or graduate of an accredited Certified Physician Assistant program.
  • License/Certification:Maine NP or PA License and DEA.
  • ACLS and PALS preferred.
  • Experience in Emergency Medicine required
  • 2 years' experience as an NP/PA is preferred.
