Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer (Manufacturing/Aerospace Domain) Location: Dublin, GA 31021 Duration: Direct Hire Shift : 1st Salary: $90k to $115k annually with full benefits. (Relocation Provided + 10-15% Bonus) Notes: Must have an engineering degree will NOT consider anyone without that type of degree. Looking for someone that has experience on the manufacturing floor. This is not a 100% desk job but mainly on the production floor. Assembly/test experience a plus. This candidate will be the 1st line of defense for any issues/questions on the manufacturing floor - equipment, parts, prints, etc. Prescreen Questions. 1) Do you have any automation experience? If so where and did you create it? 2) Do you have any Continuous Improvement / Kaizen / Lean experience? 3) Do you have any Solid Works or Catia experience? 4) Do you need relocation assistance? Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex manufacturing processes across one or more facilities. This role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and cost-effective production for both new and existing products. Role & Responsibilities: Develop and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and layouts. Apply lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles. Lead or support large capital projects and cross-functional teams. Analyze and solve technical production issues using data-driven methods. Interface with suppliers, operators, and internal teams to optimize quality and efficiency. Prepare clear documentation including work instructions and process controls. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related Engineering field. 6+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering. Strong knowledge of lean principles, CAD/CAM systems, and statistical process control. SME or ASME certification preferred.
