Job Summary:
As part of UW-Madison Division of Extension Waupaca County, this position provides clerical, secretarial, and customer/client support for the department. This position supports Extension Educators and works under the direct supervision of the Area Extension Director. Additionally, this position provides support to educational program delivery for educators affiliated with Waupaca County Extension, including the 4-H Program, community development, and human development & relationships. This position serves as first point of contact for individuals and groups providing basic organizational information via phone, in person, and through other communication mediums, including website maintenance. This position will order supplies, process invoices, payment of vouchers, bills and verify all accounting records in accordance with county and state policies and procedures. Collaboration with local colleagues to promote a positive office environment and share resources is a must! County Location
The main office for this position is located in New London/Waupaca, WI and the primary work focus is Waupaca County. In Person
It is anticipated this position requires work be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated office work location.

The minimum annual (12 months) starting Hourly Rate for the position is $18.36 but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications Benefits
