| The Senior Tax Accountant will directly report to the Tax Supervisor. The position is responsible for assisting with the preparation of monthly ASC740 income tax provisions, federal, state, and local income tax compliance, tax planning/forecasting, and special tax-related projects as needed. This position will collaborate with finance and accounting functions both in the US and France. Little to no travel expected, with exception of conferences/trainings or team meetings. Essential Duties & Responsibilities 
 ASC740 Tax Provision and Reporting (60%) - prepare monthly ASC740 income tax provision including current and deferred tax reconciliations and certain internal/external disclosures for US and Canada.Federal, State, and Local Income Tax Compliance (20%) - prepare extension and quarterly estimated payment schedules, support tax compliance calculations and analyses, and tax return preparation and/or review.Tax Planning and Forecasting (10%) - assist in implementing tax planning strategies to optimize effective tax rate and cash tax positions and communicating results to accounting and finance functions both in US and France. Prepare quarterly and annual cash tax budgeting.Special Projects (10%) - develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Support M&A activity, legal entity restructuring, and other ad hoc projects as needed. Monitor and communicate tax law changes and issues. Years of Experience 
 A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in corporate tax and/or public accounting environment Education and areas of focus 
 BS/BA in Accounting or FinanceMasters in Tax a plusCPA Certification a plus Competencies, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 
 Strong knowledge of ASC740 and U.S. federal and state income tax lawsExperience with OneSource Tax Provision or other tax provision softwareModerate experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferredAdvanced Excel skillsExperience with Business Objects and/or Alteryx a plusStrong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills HES Requirements
