- Conduct
 day-to-day technical oversight, coordination, deconfliction, and synchronization of HUMINT operations conducted under Secretary of the Army (SECARMY) defense HUMINT executor (DHE) activities in their assigned area of responsibility. - Provide
 subject matter expertise on Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 304, 310, and 311 coordination and deconfliction. - Provide
 subject matter expertise on DoD HUMINT instructions, manuals, policy, doctrine, strategy, and equities. - Provide
 subject matter expertise on Army HUMINT policy, doctrine, strategy, requirements, and priorities in support of SECARMY requirements. - Ensure
 Army HUMINT operations compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations. - Maintain
 accountability and tracking of staffing actions and taskers at the MSC, INSCOM Headquarters (HQ), and all echelons above. - Track,
 maintain, and update running estimates regarding tasks and initiatives for senior level meetings and briefings. - Identify
 and recognize information which impacts Army HUMINT equities and ensure its interests are protected. - Support
 INSCOM representation to the US Government (USG), IC members, DoD writ large, SECARMY components, and MSC regarding Army HUMINT activities. - Provide
 HUMINT subject matter expertise to support policy formulation, resource management, source validation, and operational risk assessments. - Present
 oral, visual, and written presentations to senior level government and military leadership, compose documents, briefings, and white papers, and support other staff actions based on approved recommendations. - Conduct
 operational analysis and execute Source Validation functions in support of AHOC oversight mission. - Review
 and analyze HUMINT reporting and develop recommendations to mitigation of identified CI risks to HUMINT operations. 
  
Minimum Qualifications: 
 
 - Bachelor's
 degree - USG
 Category 1 HUMINT Certification Course Military or Government Education - Fourteen
 (14) full-time years in a HUMINT management or leadership position - Eight
 (8) full-time years of strategic experience conducting controlled HUMINT operations within the last 10 years. C - Verified
 support to cyber HUMINT or technical operations. - Six
 (6) full-time years supporting Intelligence organization with analysis, briefings, battle staff coordination, and all aspects of the intelligence cycle.  - Advanced
 Microsoft 365 proficiency.  - Must
 have knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203, 206, 300, 501, 704 and 707 related to their duties. - Must
 be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as needed.  - Must
 have TS/SCI Clearance - Must
 be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with NDI on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
