We are searching for a talented Advanced Practice Practitioner for Inpatient Clinical Cardiac.

Hours: Modified full-time - 36 hours

Shift: Day /Evening 24-hr shift & 12-hr shift - weekend, holiday rotation

Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital, Fall River, MA

• Physician Assistant: Bachelors Degree in a related field is required. Graduate of an A.M.A.-approved Physician Assistant program is required. Certification from a National accrediting body to practice as a Physician Assistant is required.
• Nurse Practitioner: Masters of Science Degree in Nursing is required. Certification from a National accrediting body to practice as a Nurse Practitioner is required.
• Current Massachusetts R.N. registration is required. Nurse Practitioner Certificate/Physician Assistant Certificate is required.
• Physician Assistant /Nurse Practitioner: Qualified in all basic and advanced cardiac support standards as set by the American Heart Association.
• Possess the ability to care for critically ill adult patients with a broad range of medical problems.
• Possess the maturity, self-confidence and ability to follow complex patient management plans as directed by the attending Cardiologist.
• Minimum of one year of cardiovascular experience as an APP is required
• NP Massachusetts Nursing License authorization to practice in an expanded role. CME requirements as needed.
• PA Physician Assistant License authorization to practice. CME requirements as needed.
