    Consult with business leaders on talent gaps to drive an effective and efficient talent acquisition strategy to enable the businessSource and identify top talent utilizing creative recruiting strategies to develop a pipeline for current and future opportunitiesProactively gather actionable and competitive intelligence from market analysis to advise business leaders on current and future talent trends, ensuring the company maintains a competitive advantageNetwork, source and build a talent pipeline with industry leaders to attract skilled and credentialed professionalsScreen, evaluate and qualify candidates, including conducting in-depth candidate interviews to develop a deep understanding of candidate qualifications and competenciesUtilize creative diversity sourcing strategies for the designated business groups; this includes building strong external partnerships with diverse associationsCollaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to continually enhance recruiting strategiesContinuously search for and use new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums to build candidate pools while developing strategies to attract talent for hard to fill/specialty positionsThis job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assignedCompetencies and skills 
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required3 years of recruiting experience with a strong interest, desire and capability to source passive and active candidatesExperience with high-volume recruiting for hourly positionsMust have excellent written and oral communication skillsStrong organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills along with the ability to manage priorities and work in both a team and individual setting The base pay range for this position will be 68,000 to 82,000 annually. The exact pay will be determined by multiple factors unique to each individual, including years of experience, certifications, and the specific location of the job.
