This is a unique freelance, part-time opportunity where you will collaborate closely with our Technical Design, Merchandising, and Product Development teams. You will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of fit, comfort, and quality by trying on prototypes and samples, providing crucial insights that help refine our products. This non-traditional modeling role focuses entirely on product development, making your contribution vital to our mission.

We are seeking two dedicated individuals to join our team:

Role 1: Fit Model (Core Size)

As a Core Size Fit Model, you will be the embodiment of our standard fit, ensuring our foundational garments meet impeccable quality and comfort standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Participate in 2-4 weekly fit sessions for core-size garments.

* Try on early-stage prototypes and production samples, providing detailed feedback to technical teams.

* Offer comprehensive feedback on fit, comfort, fabric performance, and garment behavior during various movements (e.g., squats, lunges).

* Maintain body measurements within agreed specifications to ensure consistency across product lines.

* Collaborate actively with design and product teams to refine garment fit and overall quality.

Required Measurements (Approximate):

• Fit Size:** Women's Size 8
• Height:** 5'6" - 5'8"
• Bust:** 36"
• Waist:** 29"
• Hip:** 39"
• Inseam:** 30"-32"

Role 2: Fit Model (Extended Size)

As an Extended Size Fit Model, you will be crucial in expanding our inclusive design philosophy, ensuring our styles provide exceptional fit and comfort for curvier bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Participate in 2-3 weekly fit sessions for plus-size or extended-size styles.

* Provide detailed feedback on garment fit and performance specifically for curvier body types during movement.

* Help assess grading accuracy between core and extended sizes, ensuring consistent design aesthetics and fit standards across all sizes.

* Assist in refining inclusive styles to meet the brand's stringent quality standards.

* Maintain consistent body measurements as agreed upon to support product development.

• Fit Size:** Women's Size 1X
• Height:** 5'6" - 5'9"
• Bust:** 45"
• Waist:** 38"
• Hip:** 47"
• Inseam:** 30"-32"

Qualifications

• Must-Have Qualifications (Both Roles):
• Comfortable wearing form-fitting apparel and engaging closely with cross-functional teams during fit sessions.
• Previous experience in fit modeling or apparel product testing.
• * Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate clear, constructive, and actionable feedback.
• * Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform basic movements such as squats, lunges, and walking.
• * Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor within a collaborative team environment.
