| Description Job Summary: This position is responsible for responding to customers' needs in a positive, caring, and timely manner while demonstrating a sense of urgency. Must also provide prompt, accurate, and efficient processing of all parts transactions and related warehouse activities. This requires working independently, with specific direction or as a member of a team. Ability to meet all requirements as outlined in the Parts Warehouse Position Designation Guidelines to include order pulling, job related software, forklift operation, hydraulic hose building, ladder JSA, battery JSA, prime mover JSA, will counter operations, and all applicable policies and procedures.  Models, promotes, and reinforces the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standardsAdheres to contamination control and HAZMAT rules and regulations Maintains all company equipment, warehouse environment, tools, and work areas in a good, clean, and working orderCompletes all parts order pulling transactions for external and internal customers in an accurate, timely and supportive manner to ensure customer satisfaction Completes all stock replenishment tasks in an accurate, timely and supportive manner to ensure proper inventory status in parts warehouse. To be monitored by management observation and stock order analysis reports, as well as daily and year end physical inventoriesMaintains parts operations office, warehouse, and outside yards, so that they are neat and orderly as assessed by the department manager Develops sales and inventory skills by completing internal training programs as determined by performance review goal setting guide for self-improvement and achievement of other KRA's Completes internal parts orders and identifies parts for return communicates job status to supervisor as neededLearns how to place 3rd party orders through the CODA system and how to receive orders through the CODA systemPerforms housekeeping duties while adhering to contamination control guidelines Works overtime as required by workload Requires regular and punctual employee attendancePerforms other duties as assigned

 Education and Experience:
