What is Project Symphony?

To advance us further along our journey to excellence at Integer Holdings Corporation, we are launching Symphony, a program that will implement an updated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and establish enterprise-wide standard processes and structure. This includes ensuring Symphony directly enables the Integer Production System, including elements such as the production monitoring and improvement process, sales, inventory, and operations planning. The program will effect change across the company, which will have a direct impact on optimizing business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and positioning Integer for continued success. Symphony is about having the right business processes in place supported by a single, modern, integrated ERP platform.

What you'll do in this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Solutions Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA to join our ERP Center of Excellence (CoE). This role will play a pivotal part in the implementation of S/4HANAand provide ongoing support and optimization of the platform post go-live. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge of finance processes, architectural design capabilities, and a strategic mindset to help shape the future of our ERP landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the day-to-day activities of IT engagements, specific to S/4 Finance, including process design, package implementation and lifecycle support, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and SAP best practices for a private cloud environment.
  • SAP business processes mapping and hands-on solution design for Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Asset Accounting and Treasury for a greenfield implementation, enforcing fit-to-standard and developing disposition strategies.
  • Define enterprise-wide finance architecture covering General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Controlling, and Treasury.
  • Design and implement advanced controlling processes such as cost center accounting, profit center accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis.
  • Assist with scoping prospective changes and advising business and ERP/IT leadership.
  • Experience in project cutover, go-live, and hyper-care support.
  • Data Management activities: Data Extraction, Cleansing, Mapping, Migration, and Reconciliation.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit standards.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and change management, using Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM and similar tools.
  • Build trust with finance leaders and business process owners and provide thought leadership in financial transformation.
  • Team-oriented, empathetic, and committed to sharing ideas and knowledge to cross-functional teams, project team members and delivery partners.
  • Support change management and training initiatives to ensure user adoption.
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to SAP project teams, consultants, and offshore delivery partners.
  • Assess updates in SAP S4/Hana Finance related modules and recommend improvements for efficiency and automation.

What sets you apart:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance, with at least 3 years in S/4HANA Financearchitecture and implementation. At least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations in an architect or lead role. Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud is required.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record in large-scale ERP implementations, preferably in a global environment.
    • Strong understanding of finance business processes and how they translate into SAP solutions.
    • Strong understanding of S/4HANA architectural concepts like the Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, Lease Accounting, Automated Intercompany Reconciliation (ICMR).
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
    • Experience with Maquiladora setup is a plus.
    • Medical Device industry experience is a plus.
    • Experience with SAP Fiori, Central Finance, and Group Reporting is a plus.
    • Experience with SimpleMDG, OneSource, WalkMe, OpenText, Blackline, Tricentis is a plus.
    • Certifications in SAP, preferably in Financial Accounting and Treasury, is a plus.

Travel

  • This position may require 30% or more of your time traveling domestically and internationally to Integer manufacturing sites, customer sites, and supplier sites, as required.
  • As such, you have a current passport and can secure appropriate visas, as required, for travel to international locations as specified.
  • Preference will be given to US Citizens, EAD and Green Card holders.

Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success. Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
