 Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 
 Curate, capture, write, and produce content that reinforces the company's brand positioningDeploy campaigns from ideation to implementationDevelop interesting plan language content to improve audience experienceExecute communications for the appropriate channel deliveryEnsure production of materials is on time and within budgetAssist with assignment of departmental work queueEnsure a unified content calendar is effectively created, maintained, and followed and is relevant to key programs and initiativesConfirm all regulatory and accreditation requirements are adhered to in materials created and utilizedConduct regular content audits to ensure adherence to corporate policies, standard operating procedures and style guidesGuide team efforts to create comprehensive communication plans in support of business needs, regulatory requirements and organizational goalsUtilizing consultative methods, collaborate and coordinate with key internal stakeholders and external business partnersFacilitate gathering of customer data insights and leverage data to evaluate content strategy and managementEstablish measurements and monitor communication plan execution; provide ongoing feedback and recommendations for improvementsLead large and complex projects to ensure strategies, goals and milestones are achievedConduct training and provide guidance on department processes and procedures for new team membersSupport the development and maintenance of team processes, manuals and guidesCreate and implement process improvement effortsProvide communication expertise and serve as communications lead on internal work groups/committees to support organizational initiatives and effortsPerform any other job duties as requested Working Conditions:
