We're hiring a Customer Service Support Representative to join a growing team in Wilmington, OH. $18/hr starting - increases to $20/hr after training

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Provide inside sales and customer support, including order entry, expediting, and contract review.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts; set up new accounts as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate issue resolution across departments.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups, calls, and surveys.
  • Manage communication and updates through CRM systems and customer call queues.




Requirements:



  • Must have related experience
  • Math and communication skills
