This role is a partnership with the University of Wisconsin-Madison for students who will be graduating in December 2025 or May 2026 with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems or Engineering. How You'll Make an Impact 
 Gain hands-on experience with systems and processes throughout the software development life cycle, including exposure to full stack development, quality assurance, and cybersecurityDevelop insight into multiple departments by understanding unique technology requirements and performing responsibilities alongside teams during each rotationTake ownership of assigned responsibilities in each rotation, collaborating with team members and providing feedback to enhance project outcomes; support employees in each vertical with current initiatives and upcoming projectsDesign, implement, and deliver software products by writing production-ready code and participating in peer reviews; create and execute manual and automated test cases, track product testing metrics, and troubleshoot or enhance automation scripts as neededAnalyze business and client requirements, participate in project meetings, and collaborate at various intervals throughout the project lifecycle; work on application enhancements for external customers, participate in proof-of-concept sessions, and troubleshoot issues with teamsPartner with security teams to address vulnerabilities, collaborate with specialized teams, and help resolve enterprise-wide issues; monitor deployed systems and applications, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in triage exercises to maintain operational excellence Perform data analysis and develop solutions to support team operations during each rotation; partner with Software Development & Information Technology teams to identify areas for process improvement and foster strong relationshipsCollaborate with management and employees to learn organizational structures and business partnerships within each rotation; mentor fellow trainees by sharing insights and knowledge gained from previous rotations Working Conditions 
 What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education 
 Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Engineering required, or combination of required work experience and education Experience 
 Information Technology experience gained through work experience or practicum training Skills
