We are seeking a visionary and highly analytical marketing professional to lead critical research efforts and execute impactful marketing programs for a significant service offering. * Develop interview guides and surveys, conduct interviews as needed, meticulously analyze data, and synthesize findings into clear, concise reports.
* Apply robust research methodologies and keen business acumen to address complex challenges and proactively identify emerging opportunities.
* Design and implement scalable, agile mechanisms to enhance research solutions, tools, and processes across the organization.
* Cultivate and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external market research agency partners.
* Drive comprehensive marketing programs to build brand awareness and adoption for a key service offering.
* Equip direct sales teams with essential collateral and tools to support their efforts.
* Plan and execute engaging online campaigns, including email initiatives and strategic placements on key digital platforms and dedicated service websites.
* Create compelling marketing content for dedicated service websites, catering to both individual and business users, collaborating closely with designers on layout and graphics.
* Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve overall effectiveness.
* Work seamlessly across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize strategic initiatives. **Required Skills & Experience:** * 10+ years of professional, non-internship marketing research experience.
* Proven experience in advertising research across multiple international markets.
* Proficiency in analytical software such as Q, R, SPSS, SAS, STATA, and Excel Pivot Tables.
* Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree in business, marketing, statistics, or a closely related field. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Expertise in executing advanced quantitative research methods (e.g., factor analysis, regression analysis) and mixed-method studies (e.g., segmentation).
* Master's degree or higher in business, marketing, statistics, or a related field.
* Exceptional written and oral communication abilities, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data modeling techniques.
* Experience living and working in a foreign culture, demonstrating adaptability and global perspective.
* Demonstrated experience authoring comprehensive research reports.
