Location: Plymouth, IN
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Weekend Rotation

Pregis is seeking a Production Utility Worker to support operations on our Bubble Lamination Machine-a specialized system that combines plastic films into multi-layer bubble wrap used in protective packaging across industries. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and deeply rooted in teamwork. You'll work closely with machine operators to keep production running smoothly and safely.

• Assist operators with quality checks and ensure products meet specifications.
• Help manage inventory and supplies like bags, cores, labels, and boxes.
• Operate roll stands and log materials according to standard procedures.
• Handle and adjust core shafts, including forklift operation and manual cutting.
• Grind scrap material for reuse or disposal.
• Safely manage glue, solvent, and oil areas; change glue totes as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure proper waste containment.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Rotate across production lines and areas based on business needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and forklift operation skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Safety-conscious and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow through apprenticeship programs.
• Able to work in a physically demanding environment with high heat, humidity, and noise.

• Non-airconditioned indoor facility.
• Heat may exceed 90F; humidity over 80%.
• Noise levels may exceed 85dB+.
• Exposure to moving equipment and manufacturing machinery.

• Frequent standing (up to 12 hours), walking, squatting, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Repetitive use of hands, wrists, shoulders, knees, and ankles.
• Occasional stair and ladder climbing.
