YOUR IMPACT

As a Lead Solution Consultant within OpenText's Enterprise Content Services team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue opportunities by helping customers and prospects understand the value of OpenText solutions-particularly within the Content Management Business Process Applications portfolio. Partnering closely with the sales team, you'll analyze complex customer requirements, craft compelling technical sales presentations, and demonstrate how OpenText's Content Management Business Process add-ons, such as Document Control and Quality Control, solve real-world business challenges.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
  • Partner with Account Executives and Solution Consultants to communicate OpenText's value propositions to customers and prospects, with a focus on Business Process Applications.

  • Collaborate with sales partners to understand customer value streams and how they relate to Content Management Business Processes, identifying opportunities for engagement.

  • Apply technical and business process expertise to architect solutions that align with customer needs and strategic objectives.

  • Present OpenText solutions to senior-level business and technical stakeholders in compelling and relatable ways.

  • Qualify opportunities at critical milestones, assessing solution fit, competitive positioning, and customer alignment.

  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer requirements.

  • Lead the technical and solution elements of RFx responses.

  • Represent OpenText at events such as OpenText World and User Groups, showcasing product capabilities and customer success stories.

  • Equip sales teams with product knowledge, training, and sales materials to effectively position Business Process Add-on solutions.

  • Identify opportunities for innovation through product enhancements, new processes, or creative applications of OpenText technology.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in solution or value-based selling.

  • Industry expertise in manufacturing, finance, energy & engineering, or life sciences is a plus.

  • Strong expertise in Enterprise Information Management, ideally within OpenText Content Management, with experience in business process solutions.

  • Working knowledge of cloud computing strategies, business models, and associated challenges.

  • Ability to work remotely and travel as needed (up to 25%).

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

SALARY STATEMENT

Compensation for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience, aligned with OpenText's commitment to recognizing and rewarding excellence.

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we're happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.

Salary Range: $152,530- $250,585; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
