Where you'll be working...
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies. What you'll be doing...You'll lead the Digital Sales Performance for the Verizon Value Organization in CX. This critical role will partner closely with the Digital Sales & Ops leadership team to drive top-line revenue growth. This includes evaluating performance trends across brands to develop and execute strategic sales plans. This role will partner closely with Commercial and Marketing teams to make strategic recommendations to pursue new growth opportunities, optimize promotional sales campaigns and offers that will drive growth. You will work closely with leaders from across the business to ensure the strategy and performance of the digital sales channel meets or exceeds sales goals/targets. You will work closely with the Digital Ops team and you'll conduct regular e-commerce/app reviews of sales experiences taking into account the individual brand difference, needs and nuances to ensure we are delivering THE best customer experience possible. This role will provide insights and strategic recommendations to CX teams to make it easier for customers to do business with Verizon's Value brands.
We are seeking an experienced sales leader that is proactive and results-oriented to join our Digital Sales team. You thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment with multiple deadlines where different challenges pop up all the time. You understand the impact of delivering THE best customer experience in the e-commerce world (.com/app) and that every interaction has the ability to build customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong sales background and a solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You have experience working with/leading high-performing teams. A deep understanding of sales / retail, customer service and external vendor partners is preferred. A creative visionary that sees the big picture, thinks outside the box and is constantly coming up with new ways to move the business forward, with a proven track record of success, is the most sought after. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $125,500.00 - $219,000.00. |
