Where you'll be working...

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

What you'll be doing...

You'll lead the Digital Sales Performance for the Verizon Value Organization in CX. This critical role will partner closely with the Digital Sales & Ops leadership team to drive top-line revenue growth. This includes evaluating performance trends across brands to develop and execute strategic sales plans. This role will partner closely with Commercial and Marketing teams to make strategic recommendations to pursue new growth opportunities, optimize promotional sales campaigns and offers that will drive growth.

You will work closely with leaders from across the business to ensure the strategy and performance of the digital sales channel meets or exceeds sales goals/targets.

You will work closely with the Digital Ops team and you'll conduct regular e-commerce/app reviews of sales experiences taking into account the individual brand difference, needs and nuances to ensure we are delivering THE best customer experience possible. This role will provide insights and strategic recommendations to CX teams to make it easier for customers to do business with Verizon's Value brands.

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed digital revenue goals.

  • Identifying and securing new digital sales opportunities, including partnerships, affiliate programs, and new marketplace listings in partnership with the Marketing team.

  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to provide insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance. This includes new sales opportunities, offers/promotions.

  • Managing the digital sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting and performance reports to leadership.

  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to ensure promotional activities are effectively communicated and executed.

  • Leading strategic recommendations for all digital merchandising that drives the most successful sales results.

  • Partnering on the planning and execution of e-commerce promotional calendars in partnership with the Commercial and Marketing teams.

What we're looking for...

We are seeking an experienced sales leader that is proactive and results-oriented to join our Digital Sales team. You thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment with multiple deadlines where different challenges pop up all the time.

You understand the impact of delivering THE best customer experience in the e-commerce world (.com/app) and that every interaction has the ability to build customer loyalty.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong sales background and a solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You have experience working with/leading high-performing teams. A deep understanding of sales / retail, customer service and external vendor partners is preferred.

A creative visionary that sees the big picture, thinks outside the box and is constantly coming up with new ways to move the business forward, with a proven track record of success, is the most sought after.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or six or more years of work experience.

  • Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Digital Merchandising experience.

  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and sales analytics tools.

  • Leadership experience - leading high performing teams or leadership experience with a Digital Sales, Operations or Marketing.

  • Willingness to travel up to approximately up to 25%.

Even better if you have:

  • Strategic and analytical ability; skilled at collecting and analyzing data to make appropriate process/business decisions/recommendation.

  • Exceptional skills with G Suite.

  • Results oriented, strong sense of urgency, proactive and flexible.

  • Demonstrated ability to deal with conflict and bring about resolution.

  • Ability to build relationships with partner teams while establishing trust and rappor.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Attributes: A highly motivated self-starter with a strategic mindset and excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • E-commerce Platforms: Proficiency with major e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento), or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline management, lead tracking, and reporting.

  • Analytics: Strong command of web and sales analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other dashboarding tools to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.

  • Digital Marketing & Advertising: Familiarity with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and marketing automation software (Mailchimp, Klaviyo) to align sales and marketing strategies.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $125,500.00 - $219,000.00.
