Job Summary Estrella Mountain Community College (EMCC) is hiring a Program Analyst to support the Marketing/Public Relations and Community, Alumni, and Foundation Relations teams. This position manages projects, coordinates events, supports donor engagement, and maintains alumni and donor databases, serving as a key liaison among staff, vendors, donors, and community partners. Essential Functions 30% Supports the operational processes and functions of two departments: Marketing / PR and Community, Alumni, and Foundation Relations. Including but not limited to: establishing and maintaining office systems, using the marketing project management software (Wrike) to track and help manage projects across the Marketing / PR office, and meeting with other college departments as needed to facilitate marketing requests. This role is responsible for coordinating and tracking a high volume of marketing projects, while ensuring clear communication and efficient workflows. 25% Assists with departmental budget preparation and monitoring, and the procurement of goods and services related to the areas of marketing / public relations, community, and alumni. 25% Assists team members in developing, coordinating, and implementing fundraising, alumni, and other department-hosted events; assists in preparing materials and items for alumni, community outreach, and donor-related programs. Helps distribute media packets, swag, and other Marketing / PR materials for internal and external customers. 20% Assists in updating and maintaining fundraising database (Raiser's Edge) with information related to existing and prospective donors and/or alumni. Performs analysis and reports of fundraising campaign financial results and outcomes. Other duties as assigned, commensurate to the grade level of the position. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education, business, or public administration, marketing, communications, or a directly related field, and two (2) years full-time equivalent of related program management experience, preferably in an educational setting. OR Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education, business, or public administration, marketing, communications, or a directly related field, and four (4) years full-time equivalent of related program management experience, preferably in an educational setting. An equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full-time work experience as described above, sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job, such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation, may be considered. Desired Qualifications 1. Two (2) years experience in using project management software (Wrike) 2. Two (2) years experience in using Raiser's Edge software and/or other donor database software 3. Three (3) years of experience or certification in project management 4. Three (3) years experience in direct customer/client management and relationship building 5. Three (3) years of operational experience in a marketing department 6.
