The team

You'll join Cloud & Data team that builds robust, scalable authoring and publishing systems for global enterprise solutions. Our team partners closely with product, engineering, and design to deliver high-quality, structured content experiences that support both end users and technical stakeholders.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced PubTools/DITA Developer with deep expertise in XML, XSLT, and DITA-based authoring and publishing. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing DITA-OT build pipelines, creating XSLT transformations, and maintaining ANT build scripts to ensure seamless multi-format content delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine publishing workflows, troubleshoot build issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of content systems. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical ability, analytical thinking, and a keen eye for detail.

What You'll Bring



  • At least 8+ years of hands-on experience with XML, XSLT (2.0/3.0), and DITA-based authoring/publishing.
  • Strong experience with DITA-OT customization and troubleshooting build pipelines.
  • Proficiency with Saxon (or similar XSLT processor).
  • Solid experience writing and maintaining ANT build scripts.
  • Good understanding of HTML/CSS for output formatting.
  • Experience working in Agile or fast-paced development environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
