Transform the Human Experience in Healthcare

At Press Ganey, we partner with health systems and health plans to tackle their most complex challenges. Our Strategic Consulting team blends deep healthcare expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver customized, data-driven solutions that improve performance and elevate the human experience across nursing, safety, patient experience (PX), and employee experience (EX).

As a Consultant, Strategic Consulting, you'll play a pivotal role in helping clients understand how culture, processes, and service behaviors impact the patient experience. Our PX consultants bring deep healthcare expertise, leading best practices, and rich data-driven insights to help clients develop a first-class strategy and effective implementation plan to improve the patient experience of care. Responsibilities include supporting client engagements-gathering and analyzing data, developing actionable recommendations, and crafting compelling presentations. You'll work across disciplines to align strategy and technology, helping clients achieve meaningful, measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver high-impact engagements
  • Analyze client and Press Ganey data to uncover insights and inform strategy
  • Develop presentations and recommendations that drive client decision-making
  • Understand how culture, processes, and service behaviors impact the patient experience
  • Support PX consultants in developing first-class strategies and implementation plans to improve the experience of care
  • Contribute to thought leadership and industry research
  • Support new business development by identifying opportunities during engagements
What You Bring
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (Business, Healthcare, Data Analytics)
  • Experience: 2+ years in a healthcare-focused business or analytics role
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
    • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to change

This role can beremote (work from home)in the U.S. or based in ourChicago, Boston or South Bend hubs. For those in-office, we follow a hybrid model-Tuesdays through Thursdays in-office, with flexibility to work from home on other days and adjusted when traveling.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - $125,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
