*Advance event and campaign reporting - Where possible, scale current standardized project reporting metrics and systems to measure ROI, optimize performance, and deliver data-driven insights to leadership, communicating campaign and initiative impact.
*Enable cross-functional collaboration - Act as a connector between regional marketers, service line teams, and the Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure seamless execution, transparency, and alignment with organization-wide objectives.
*Drive continuous improvement and change adoption - Support change management initiatives across teams to promote adoption of new project management structures, tools, and workflows across diverse marketing teams.
*Budget and resource forecasting - Partner with the director to effectively track, allocate, and forecast resources and budgets to ensure efficient project execution and maximum ROI against costs and resources.
*Program governance - Enforce governance standards for marketing projects, programs, processes, and reporting, ensuring compliance with organizational processes, consistent reporting, and accountability across teams and stakeholders.
*Asana administration - Serve as an Asana system administrator for the marketing organization, assisting with the oversight of the platform permissions and configurations, workspace management-evolving and scaling as necessary, training and adoption.
