Summary
Responsible to oversee and coordinate administrative support services to ensure the smooth operation of healthcare facilities or departments. Supervise a team of administrative staff, provide guidance and support, and ensure that administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions -Supervise and provide guidance to a team of administrative support staff, including administrative assistants, receptionists, and clerical personnel. -Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor work progress to ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative duties. -Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and offer opportunities for professional development and training. -Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. -Establish and maintain effective systems, processes, and workflows to optimize administrative functions. -Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
