Summary
Responsible to oversee and coordinate administrative support services to ensure the smooth operation of healthcare facilities or departments. Supervise a team of administrative staff, provide guidance and support, and ensure that administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Essential Functions
-Supervise and provide guidance to a team of administrative support staff, including administrative assistants, receptionists, and clerical personnel.

-Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor work progress to ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative duties.

-Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and offer opportunities for professional development and training.

-Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

-Establish and maintain effective systems, processes, and workflows to optimize administrative functions.

-Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required and Associate's Degree Health Administration preferred

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
Experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a healthcare setting. 3-5 years required and Experience in a supervisory or leadership role 1-2 years preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in the use of office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality regulations, such as HIPAA.
