This job is responsible for supporting the definition, delivery, and success of WellSky's current and future solutions. The scope of this job includes working with stakeholders to solidify solution requirements while becoming an expert to define, analyze, and document software-integration requirements. We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst with a strong background in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and healthcare technology to join our Product team. This individual will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders to translate data insights and user feedback into actionable product improvements that drive operational efficiency and customer success. Key Activities:
- Serve as the product subject matter expert for claims, remits, payment posting, and payer workflows.
- Manage requirements in JIRA, ensure availability to scrum team, collaborate and track prioritization, and adhere to agile development principles.
- Meet with other departments and teams to understand documentation needs and collaborate with leadership to provide documentation to satisfy those needs.
- Demonstrate and effectively articulate current and planned solution features and functionality to internal stakeholders.
- Document product requirements and user stories by conducting user interviews, visiting clients and non-clients, and engaging internal stakeholders.
- Interpret success criteria data and report on solution metrics, key performance indicators, and client adoption, focusing on improving solution outcomes.
- Understand the solution roadmap and suggest projects or activities to achieve optimal delivery of the solution.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
- Translate complex technical and business findings into clear recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Support UAT, defect triage, and post-release analysis to ensure successful feature delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2-4 years related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or product operations - with at least 2 years in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (home health or hospice).
- Proven track record of supporting SaaS product lifecycle from discovery through launch.
- Solid understanding of claims life cycle, payer connectivity, denial management, and reimbursement methodologies.
- Experience with clearinghouses, EDI 837/835 transactions, or payer integrations.
- Hands-on experience with systems like Waystar, Availity, Change Healthcare, or similar RCM platforms.
- Experience working with CMS.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and backlog grooming practices.

- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
