We're looking for a motivated technician to join our team and help maintain the backbone of modern cloud computing. Schedule Options We offer two rotating shift options to help you find the right work-life balance: * *Front Half:* Sunday-Tuesday every week, plus every other Wednesday * *Back Half:* Thursday-Sunday every week, plus every other Wednesday * This means you'll work: * *3x12-hour shifts one week* * *4x12-hour shifts the next week* *Shift Times:* * *Day Shift:* 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM * *Night Shift:* 6:30 PM - 6:00 AM What You'll Do * Maintain and troubleshoot server and network hardware in a data center environment. * Perform root cause analysis to resolve hardware issues quickly and accurately. * Use command line diagnostics and your knowledge of computers, servers, and networking to keep systems running smoothly. * Collaborate with teammates across technical levels to solve problems and improve infrastructure. * Operate independently or as part of a team, even under pressure and tight deadlines. Requirements * U.S. Citizenship required * 1+ year of experience with: * Computer hardware * Computer networking * Linux operating systems * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations (reasonable accommodations available). Bonus Skills That Set You Apart * A+ Certification * RAID configuration and troubleshooting * Leadership experience or project ownership * Familiarity with KPIs like ticket resolution metrics * A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.63 - $22.63/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
