*Hybrid Customer Care Representative*
Location: Swedesboro, NJ *Job Description:* Join our team as a Customer Care Representative, delivering exceptional service with kindness, empathy, understanding, and patience. You'll efficiently navigate patient and prescriber profiles across multiple systems and adapt quickly to each customer interaction-whether inbound, outbound, or written-through email, phone, SMS, chat, and mailed prescriptions. *Key Responsibilities:* * Provide outstanding customer service across multiple channels (phone, email, SMS, chat, mail). * Efficiently manage patient and prescriber profiles and resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism. * Adapt to each customer's needs and interaction style, handling inbound, outbound, and written communications. * Collaborate cohesively with team members and interact across pharmacy and fulfillment facilities. * Maintain a positive, professional attitude, keeping our pet patients and customers front and center. * Accurately document and maintain records in company systems. *Training & Work Environment:* * Six weeks of paid, in-classroom training at our Swedesboro campus (Monday-Friday). * Weeks 1-3: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM * Weeks 4-6: Start times may be 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM * Learn about our state-of-the-art laboratories and shipping/warehousing operations. * Training prepares you to become a Customer Care Specialist and a registered NJ Pharmacy Technician. * After training, shift is 11:30 AM-8:00 PM until next shift bid. * Call center hours: 8:00 AM-9:00 PM (M-F), 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (Sat). * Hybrid schedule: After training, work onsite 2 days/week. * Work 1 Saturday/month (9:00 AM-5:00 PM) and 1 additional Saturday/quarter. * Participate in regular shift bids-schedules awarded based on tenure and performance, offering opportunities for advancement. *Qualifications:* * Strong customer service skills with proven kindness, empathy, and patience. * Ability to adapt quickly and communicate effectively across multiple channels. * Team-oriented with the ability to work independently. * Professional attitude and commitment to customer and pet patient care. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
