Description and Requirements Quality Assurance and Control: Establishing systems and processes to verify that products and services area designed, developed, and manufactured to the required standards according to Lenovo requirements. Product & Process Monitoring: Overseeing both manufacturing and software development processes to ensure smooth operation and high-quality output. Testing & Analysis: Performing inspections, tests, and detailed analyses of products or systems to identify defects and ensure they meet performance and technical standards. Problem Solving: Using techniques like root cause analysis to find the source of quality issues and implement corrective actions. Data-Driven Improvements: Collecting and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and preventing future issues. Collaboration: Working closely with design, production, and management teams to integrate quality into every stage of the product or service lifecycle. Continuous Improvement: Continuously looking for ways to enhance processes, improve product reliability, and better meet customer needs. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a manufacturing/production environment. Familiarity with quality processes and tools such as inspections, testing, and root cause analysis.
