Operations Supervisor

As an Operations Supervisor, you'll be a key part of our leadership team, helping drive safety, efficiency, and team development. This is a great opportunity for someone who's open to relocation and eager to grow into higher-level management within 1-3 years.

• Lead and assign daily work crews operating solid waste collection equipment
• Monitor operations and adjust staffing as needed
• Support and execute safety goals and initiatives
• Conduct field inspections and ensure proper work procedures
• Address customer concerns and service issues
• Perform performance reviews and coaching conversations
• Develop short- and long-term goals for your hauling operation
• Oversee compliance programs (environmental, OSHA, permitting)

• Willingness to relocate for future promotional opportunities
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics
• Ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and business systems
