Quality Engineer

Staffmark is actively recruiting for a Quality Engineer on behalf of a respected manufacturing partner in Shreveport, LA. This direct hire position offers the opportunity to take your quality and process improvement skills to the next level in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Salary: $51,412 - $66,835 per year

Shift: Must be flexible to work any shift

As a Quality Engineer, you'll play a critical role in upholding high-quality standards throughout the production process. You will be responsible for analyzing performance data, conducting audits, and implementing effective quality control strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and process efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate product and service quality
• Conduct internal quality audits and report findings
• Recommend process improvements to management
• Develop and enforce quality control procedures and documentation
• Analyze production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in a quality engineering or manufacturing quality role
• Proficient in statistical software tools and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Willingness to work any shift as needed
