Production Line Worker

You'll be responsible for supporting the production process, ensuring quality, and maintaining efficiency on the line.

Pay: $16.00/hour

Schedule: Rotating 3- or 4-day work week (full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Load and place products onto the production line
• Monitor the production process to ensure all steps are completed properly
• Perform basic visual inspections for quality control
• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 40-50 lbs as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

• No previous experience required - this is an entry-level role with training provided
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including weekends when needed
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
