Description
As the Program Manager for our Enhanced Turnkey program, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing energy efficiency programs through planning, directing and coordinating workers engaged in performing Heat Pump installations, Electrical work, Mold remediation, Vermiculite remediation, and other types of construction services for customers in the Mass Save Program. The successful Program Manager will be responsible for the overall activities and success of the Enhanced Turnkey program and will be directly responsible for program performance and serve as the primary point of contact for Program Sponsors. The position may require some same day travel throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island and will require a sound knowledge of Energy Efficiency opportunities and technologies. As the primary point of contact, the Program Manager must possess the ability to think creatively, strive to develop new opportunities and deliver quality service to the program sponsors and their customers. This position can be based in our Cranston, RI or Hyannis, MA locations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
